We are currently searching for two inside salespeople with experience selling technical products or services.  This is a fully remote position for someone living in the eastern or central time zone.  

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible and accountable for the management, development, and profitable growth of assigned accounts by fostering and nurturing customer relationships, as well as uncovering potential areas of opportunity for new business through lead qualification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Grow sales in assigned accounts through account management and new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through phone prospecting.
• Manage leads, activities, and sales opportunities by tracking in CRM.
• Follow-up on website inquiries to create new leads.
• Promote product and service offerings and demos via the phone and internet.
• Meet monthly sales goals in accordance with established sales objectives.
• Work with Product Management to refine and update Marketing Materials.
• Work with other sales channels to cross-generate leads and direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Work closely with the Customer Sales Support Team to ensure proper handling of all aspects of assigned accounts, including order entry, complaint resolution, sales growth, pricing requests, contract renewals, price increase implementation and tracking, etc.
• Manage internet store accounts.

• Two to five years of proven inside sales or other sales/customer service role with a technical product or service.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably via phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Microsoft Office and CRM software)
